Abiodun Elijah Obayelu believes that desirable progress can only be achieved in a society where development projects and applied research is managed by knowledgeable people of high moral standard. Elijah therefore ensures interventions are not only solving real problems but are also fit for that purpose by reporting research findings without prejudice.

A Senior Lecturer at the Department of Agricultural Economics and Farm Management, at the Federal University of Agriculture in Abeokuta, Ogun State, Nigeria, Dr. Obayelu combines his works in teaching, research and extension services with more than 7 years of consultative work in capacity development.

Abiodun Elijah Obayelu holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Agricultural Economics, from the University of Ibadan, Oyo State, Nigeria.
