Adib Ghubril believes proper learning is the principle ingredient in a fulfilled life and the greatest challenge to the human condition, one that can only be achieved through earnest collaboration, critical study, unrelenting self-assessment and continuous practice. Asking probing questions underlies this practice and it is the vehicle by which Adib realized innovation needs to be motivated by how useful it is, not by how marketable it is, and that corporations stand to benefit a great deal from good governance practices.
Adib Ghubril brings a system-level design approach to doing business honed over more than two decades in technology research and development. Combining business architecture concepts with applied social research themes allows Ghubril to specify a set of processes, within any particular cultural framework, that ensure an organization, operating in either the private or public sector, remains true to its mission.
Adib Ghubril holds a Bachelor of Science in Clinical Psychology, from the University of Toronto (Canada); a Bachelor of Applied Science in Biomedical Engineering from the Engineering Science program at the University of Toronto (Canada) and a Master of Business Administration from York University’s Schulich School of Business (Canada). Mr. Ghubril is a member of Professional Engineers Ontario.
